The platform can be accessed via two modes:

You access the Cabestan marketing campaign management platform via a simple web navigator and a login name/password.
This means that users do not need to purchase, install or manage either software or hardware.
And Cabestan will take care of all updates for you. New versions will be provided for free without the user needing to do anything.

The Cabestan platform can easily be customised to meet each client's challenges. It has personalisation options so that specific segmentation or personalisation requirements can be met.

Full Services mode: Complete management of your campaigns by a dedicated team
Clients can leave their communication strategy in the hands of Cabestan's human and technical resources. They will benefit from the team's expertise, support and operational excellence.
