Project Leaders
Mission:
We are looking for a Project Leader to work at the heart of the Operational Services Management Team, looking after relationships and pursuing e-marketing challenges for a portfolio of clients. You will be part of the operational management team for online direct marketing campaigns and will stay in contact with the client to provide support in carrying out online marketing activities.
Profile:
Marketing training and a flair for the technical aspects are prerequisites. You will have a command of HTML, JavaScript and Office tools such as Excel, Word etc.
The ability to work in a team environment, deal directly with customers, and have a professional demeanour are imperative.

Account Manager
Mission :
A webmaster / systems integrator, you will form part of the operational management team for online direct marketing campaigns, working under a project manager. You will be in contact with the client to provide support in conducting online marketing activities.
Profile:
With 2/3 years of university level training in information technology, you have a command of HTML and JavaScript and are familiar with Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Office tools such as Excel, Word etc.
The ability to work in a team environment, deal directly with customers, and have a professional demeanour are imperative.

Sales Engineer
Mission:
Dedicated to promoting Cabestan solutions, you will define and implement action plans to achieve a target number of large accounts and SMEs/SMIs. Following training in our technology and business, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients through your own prospecting activity. Collaborating directly with the technology and management teams, you will report on your activity with regard to meeting and exceeding your objectives.
Profile:
With a higher qualification from a business school, you will already have the benefit of experiencing success in the CRM or interactive marketing arena, selling software solutions and associated services to large accounts and SMEs/SMIs.
You must be able to demonstrate proof of clear professional maturity, complete autonomy, a spirit of initiative and an ability to react strongly to the demands of our clients.
You will quickly understand and integrate marketing strategies (operational and relational) in the context of B-to-B and B-to-C applications.
English would be highly desirable, along with a minimal awareness of IT (DBs and HTML).

Customer Loyalty Sales Engineer
Mission:
Dedicated to promoting Cabestan solutions and services, you will define and implement action plans to support our clients in their direct e-marketing strategy. Following training in our technology and business, you will be responsible for building the loyalty of customers acquired through the marketing of add-on services relevant to their needs. Collaborating directly with the technology and management teams, you will report on your activity with regard to meeting and exceeding your objectives.
Profile:
Aged around 26-35 and with a higher qualification from a business school, you will already have the benefit of experiencing success in the CRM or interactive marketing arena, selling software solutions and associated services to large accounts and SMEs/SMIs.
You must be able to demonstrate proof of clear professional maturity, complete autonomy, a spirit of initiative and an ability to react strongly to the demands of our clients.
